Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Floater for full-time work in the Washington, DC area. You will evaluate patients, design care plans, and collaborate with interprofessional teams across SNF settings to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.

The role emphasizes flexibility, ongoing professional development, and support for your clinical growth in a leading therapy organization with 30+ years of excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist required in state of practice.
• NBCOT certification may be required by the state.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• At least a solid year of SNF experience and willingness to travel to multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA‑accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A solid year of SNF experience and willingness to travel to multiple facilities
