Job summary

This role requires a California driver's license, flexibility to travel between branches, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, handling transactions, audits, and referrals to help members meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial institution products and services, including loans.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Cross-sell products and services.
• Open accounts and match Member needs to products and services.
• Determine appropriate loan products to meet Member needs.
• Obtain information to complete loan applications and collect documents.
• Complete loan funding and recommend additional products.
• Research member questions and resolve issues.
• Safeguard member information and maintain confidentiality.
