The role includes cross-selling products, opening accounts, and guiding members through loan applications with accurate documentation.

This position emphasizes problem-solving and excellent communication with members, volunteers, and staff.

• Cross-sell products and services to Members.
• Open accounts and match Member needs to products and services.
• Research Member problems and respond verbally and/or in writing.”
