Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union is seeking a full-time Floating Member Relationship Officer based in NE Wisconsin. The role supports any of our 22 locations, traveling as needed to assist members with their financial needs.

Responsibilities include guiding members on consumer lending, opening and maintaining checking/savings accounts, and building long-term relationships to anticipate future needs. Strong communication and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year sales and service experience.
• Ability to speak Spanish and English (preferred).
• Strong interviewing and listening skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Providing members with sound financial guidance for all their consumer lending needs.
• Evaluate and recommend decisions based on lending policy.
• Professionally assist members with their needs by opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD and IRA accounts.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships to anticipate member's future needs and to exceed their expectations.
