Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and clerical support in patient care across multiple offices. You will perform point-of-care testing, assist with procedures, and handle scheduling, referrals, and chart prep as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program or CT CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification.
• All required credentials maintained throughout employment.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic clinical and clerical support in patient care.
• Perform point of care testing with quality control and documentation.
• Assist providers with in-house procedures and scheduling tasks.
• Travel between Hartford HealthCare offices as needed.
