Job summary

Waves Express Car Wash is seeking an on-call, manager-in-training to cover shifts across the Upstate. Travel between sites as needed, stepping in to lead teams during busy periods and ensuring top-notch customer service and operational standards.

This flexible, on-call role offers premium pay and opportunities to develop into salaried leadership while supporting multiple locations with short-notice coverage.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience required.
• Ability to work a highly flexible and unpredictable schedule.
• Willingness to travel between locations in the Upstate
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Travel between locations as needed to provide management coverage.
• Step into leadership roles during busy or short-staffed shifts.
• Lead teams confidently and maintain operational standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive Wash Club sales.
• Manage opening/closing procedures.
• Oversee cleanliness, inventory, and minor maintenance.
• Jump in hands-on to keep operations running smoothly.
• Represent company culture and leadership standards at every site.
