Job summary

Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a high-energy Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at one of our Upstate locations. This hands-on role requires ownership of results, accountability, and a drive to grow into a Site Manager position.

You will support site performance, develop team members, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while working alongside your team each day to set the standard for effort and execution.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated leader with ownership of results.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including rotating weekends and travel between Upstate locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to uphold experience.
• Drive revenue through wash package and membership sales.
• Support site financials including labor and inventory control.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient operation and equipment.
