Job summary

Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at one of our Upstate locations. This hands-on leadership role requires ownership of results and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will support site performance, develop team members, and ensure a high level of customer experience, working side by side with your team daily to set the standard for effort and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams and delivering customer service excellence.
• Ability to coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between Upstate locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline team members to deliver consistent high quality service
• Take ownership of the customer experience by resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Drive revenue through strong execution of wash package and membership sales
• Support site financial performance including labor management and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation including tunnel, vacuums, equipment, and chemicals
• Open and close the site while ensuring procedures and cash handling are executed accurately
• Load vehicles safely and efficiently into the wash tunnel
• Hold team members accountable to performance standards and expectations
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Uphold company standards policies and culture at all times
