Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a Manager-in-Training to grow into management. You will train under experienced managers, lead by example with customers, and oversee daily operations including safety and efficiency on-site.

Ideal candidates are hospitality-minded with leadership potential, able to work outdoors in a fast-paced setting, and available weekends. This role offers career growth from entry-level to management within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or team-leader experience in retail/restaurant/service is a plus.
