Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties, including Apex, Pacifica, and Bella Sonoma, with flexibility to assist at other Greystar communities. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, housing discounts up to 40%, cell phone allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position emphasizes responsive service, safety compliance, and teamwork as part of a high-performing property operations team.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress.
• Excellent communication skills: read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the “make-ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following policy and safety standards.
