Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Maintenance Tech for our 806-unit community in Saint Petersburg, FL. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, and keep interiors and exteriors in excellent condition while promptly addressing service tickets.

A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required. HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is preferred, with one year of related experience; this is a full-time role at a national multifamily company

Qualifications

• One year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• Active valid driver’s license with own vehicle.
• Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the property.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff about repairs.
