Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Service Technician for a 192-unit community in North Carolina. You will handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, responding to service tickets and ensuring residents receive timely fixes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
