Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards
• Respond to maintenance tickets promptly
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and staff
