Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably in property management.
• Basic computer skills with ability to input data in English.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
• Must supply own tools and have valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Participates in safety meetings and follows OSHA/SDS requirements.
• Diagnoses and repairs within homes and common areas.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies as needed.
