Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities in Minneapolis, Hopkins, Wayzata, and Burnsville, MN. You will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet our standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders by diagnosing issues and making repairs following safety standards and codes
• Manage materials and supplies, track inventory, and coordinate re-orders
• Perform general maintenance with minimal supervision
• Maintain positive resident relations through fair treatment
• Inspect properties daily to identify maintenance needs
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules
• Support occupancy goals and enhance resident living experience
• Assist management in developing maintenance procedures
• Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage rotations
• Ensure safe use of power tools and mechanical equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Boiler License is a plus but not required
