About this Career
TheMaintenance Technicianis responsible for maintaining and repairing our apartment communities. This is successfully achieved through the completion of preventative maintenance, general maintenance requests, interior and exterior building systems maintenance, and preparing units for move-in. Throughout all job-related activities, proper prioritization, operational safety standards, and effective communication with residents, guests and Velair team members is required.
Weekend hours and on-call rotation may be required.

On-Call Incentive:This position is eligible for a $100.00 per week incentive when on-call.
Tool Allowance: This position is eligible to receive a $200.00 tool reimbursement after 30 days of hire and is additionally eligible for the annual $200.00 tool reimbursement.
Sign-on Bonus:If hired for this position, you will receive a $1,500.00 bonus, with $500.00 to be paid at time of hire, $500.00 after 3 months of employment and $500.00 at 6 months of employment.
