We're currently hiring a Floating Maintenance Technician to support our communities at L'Attitude 27 in Riverview and Sentosa Epperson in Wesley Chapel.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns within 3 days (unless delays are unavoidable)
• Support and oversee outside contractors when needed
• Respond to resident service requests with urgency and professionalism
• Perform maintenance tasks including:
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair
• Electrical and plumbing repairs
• Appliance maintenance
• Conduct preventative maintenance and general upkeep
• Maintain community cleanliness and curb appeal
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in apartment or building maintenance preferred
• Basic to intermediate skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• HVAC certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and mobile app proficiency
