Your Impact
Our advanced Solar Field Service Technicians (Photovoltaic Repair) specialize in conducting inspection and corrective maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) solar panel systems, adhering to established procedures and prioritizing health, safety, and environmental compliance. Solar Panel Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for both internal and external inspection and maintenance of solar panels, inverters, and other PV components and mentoring team members. Your day-to-day tasks may include troubleshooting, testing, and repairing solar panels, as well as handling materials. You will also provide assistance in service and maintenance activities related to other solar energy system components and associated equipment. This is up to a 100% travel role.

At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. This position is non-exempt , and the base pay range isbased on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
In addition to hourly wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool / equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.
