What You’ll Do

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our community running like clockwork:

• Get homes move-in ready (paint, patch, deep clean – the works)
• Be part of the on-call rotation (yep, emergencies happen – and you’ll be paid for it)
• Keep common areas and maintenance shop clean, stocked, and safe
• Talk to residents like people — communicate clearly and respectfully
• Always follow OSHA and safety protocols — we want everyone going home safe

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or skilled trades
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder like a champ
• Tech-savvy enough to handle mobile work order systems
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Must live within 30 minutes of RISE Sereno
