North Shore Gardens in Charleston, SC is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and prep vacant apartments. You will handle work orders, assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related tasks, keeping common areas welcoming and safe for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.
