Job summary

Morgan Properties is looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician in Cincinnati to perform day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances, respond to service tickets, and keep the property in top condition.

This role includes a base pay of $22.00–$26.00/hour, a $1500 sign-on bonus, rent discounts where you work, on-call pay, and a full benefits package with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top shape.

What You'll Do

Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

What You Need

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
