Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a maintenance technician to handle daily tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues. You’ll respond to tickets, keep the property well-maintained, and be the trusted point of contact for residents.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8–5, with rotating on-call, in Saint Petersburg, FL. Benefits include base pay of $22.00–$24.00 per hour, up to 50% rent discount, renewal commissions sharing, quarterly stipends, paid on-call, full

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape.
• Be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
