Morgan Properties is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician for our Preserve at Beckett Ridge community in Cincinnati, OH. You will handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, serving residents and keeping the property in top condition.

This full-time role includes a $22–26 hourly base, a $1500 sign-on bonus, rent discounts, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive medical benefits. You’ll work Monday–Friday with rotating on-call paid during shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property

What You'll Do

What You Need

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
