Qualifications

• Certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• EPA 608 certification required for handling refrigerants in HVAC systems.
• HVAC or plumbing/electrical certifications validate technical skills.
• Strong communication and safety practices are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and proactively resolve issues for residents.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property.
• Utilize hand and power tools for upkeep tasks.
• Picks up debris and removes objects from the property.
• Respond to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Provide professional and timely responses to all work orders.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
