Levco Management is currently hiring a Floating Maintenance Technician for a portfolio of properties in Virginia. We are seeking an individual with experience in the apartment industry who is dependable, hard-working, and interested in developing their technical skills.

This full-time role handles preventive maintenance, apartment turnovers, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, provide your own tools, and pass a background check and a

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience repairing and replacing residential HVAC equipment.
• General maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Must lift at least 50 pounds and provide own hand tools.
• EPA 608 universal certification required; Journeyman HVAC/R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnovers.
• General painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and replacements, as needed.
• Complete maintenance requests.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain grounds on a daily basis.
• Inspect common areas regularly.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
