Job summary

Levco Management is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of apartment properties in Virginia. The role emphasizes dependability, teamwork, and ongoing skill development in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.

You will perform turnover tasks, preventative maintenance, and routine inspections, with on-call rotation and the need to lift 50+ pounds regularly. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience repairing and replacing residential HVAC equipment.
• Must pass background check and maintenance skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnovers.
• General painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and replacements, as needed.
• Complete maintenance requests.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain grounds on a daily basis.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
