Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Maintenance Tech for an on-site apartment community. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, walls, electrical and plumbing while maintaining homes to meet company standards and legal requirements.

Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to commute within 30 minutes of the property; HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is preferred. Compensation includes base pay, rent discounts, and benefits including 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• One year of related maintenance experience or equivalent education.
• Active driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30‑minute commute of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas according to standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets and communicate repairs to residents and staff.
