Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Service Technician for our 775-unit community. You’ll handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, respond to service tickets, and keep the property in top shape.

This role offers competitive pay, up to 50% rent discount, strong benefits, and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1+ year maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license and live within 30 minutes of the property, with HVAC/EPA/CFC

• $22.00-$26.00/hour base pay

What You'll Do
Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

What You Need

• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
