Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC experience with EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems; swimming pool maintenance experience and CPO certification a plus
• Availability for after-hours calls
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Effective communication skills with residents, employees, and vendors
• Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Oversight and maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace, adhering to safety standards
• Complete service requests and prepare units for new residents
• Respond promptly to repair requests, including after-hours emergencies
• Assist in hiring, training, and managing service, custodial, or grounds personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to maintenance budget
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations
