UCH is a Philadelphia-based property management company with significant real estate holdings in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Our current portfolio consists of 4,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space.

UCH is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Maintenance Supervisor to join our Roxborough Region!

The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will support the Property Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, Production Supervisor, Clubhouse Manager, and Regional Property Manager within our Roxborough Region with the overall maintenance of the property and grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, renovations, CAPEX, mechanicals, utilities, preventative maintenance programs, maintenance technician training and support, as well as the New Move-In and Experience.

Regional Maintenance Supervisor Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of your maintenance teams; daily work orders, turnovers, renovations, capital improvements
2. Performing preventative maintenance duties and inspections
3. Managing vendor and contractor relations
4. Maintaining and repairing physical structures of the buildings, the grounds, and equipment
5. Maintaining required records such as material usage, time, production, and other reports
6. Performing a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations, including grounds, snow removal, HVAC, pools, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting
7. Overseeing all ordering for supplies/materials and ensuring organized maintenance shops
8. Maintaining a routine on-call emergency response schedule
9. Managing and performing snow removal and salting as required
10. Maintaining a positive and safe work environment, motivating the team, and cultivating a team atmosphere, including implementing and enforcing all rules established in the company's Rules/Policies and Procedures documents
11. Training and developing new maintenance team members as needed, and continuing training and assessments for all team members

Regional Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong work ethic
• Stable, progressive work history
• 5+ years’ supervisor experience in the property maintenance industry
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle
