Salary Range: $36,155 - $57,668
The Residential Care Shift Manager directs the operations of direct care staff in a state-operated facility, complying with applicable laws and agency policies.
Diploma or equivalent, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, plus three years of direct care experience, including one year in a supervisory role.
Additional requirements are subject to review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management.
Must be licensed as a CNA in Arkansas within six months of hire.
