Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; read/write English fluently; basic math skills.
• Experience: 3–4 years in property management maintenance; 3 years supervisory.
• Licenses/Certifications: EPA refrigerant certs; valid driver's license; other licenses as required.
• Safety: knowledge of building codes and fire safety; ability to work safely on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of property per safety standards; timely repairs.
• Organize and prioritize service requests; keep records for maintenance.
• Oversee turn-key operations and ensure units are rent-ready.
• Schedule and supervise staff and outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory and purchase supplies; bid when required.
• Prepare staffing schedules within budget; manage preventative maintenance.
• Uphold safety programs; train staff on safe work practices.
• Assist grounds upkeep and snow removal as needed.
• Hire and develop on-site maintenance staff; manage department.
