Genesis Healthcare invites applications for Float Pool LPNs who will work full-time with eight-week rotations across North Carolina centers, including Meridian Center (High Point), Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington), and Siler City Center (Siler City).

Under RN supervision, the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers nursing care, administers medications, performs treatments, and supports both patient and family satisfaction during care transitions. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, deliver efficient and effective nursing care to residents.
• Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
