Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support our Belkorp portfolio. The role includes rotating through multiple communities, coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

You will conduct tours, qualify prospects, and ensure a stellar move-in experience while leveraging marketing tools and on-site software to track activity and renewals. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features.
• High level of professionalism in manners and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspects units and ensures move-in readiness with maintenance coordination.
• Develops and executes marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Manages traffic and leasing data using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
