Job summary

PRG Real Estate Management, Inc. is seeking a Floating Leasing Representative to support multiple apartment communities across Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC.

You will travel between properties to deliver leasing support, conduct tours, process applications, and close leases to drive occupancy with a focus on exceptional resident experiences. This fast‑paced, sales‑driven role rewards strong relationships, customer service, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, leasing, or hospitality experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi or CRM experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
• Willingness to float between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for prospects, residents, and guests.
• Conduct tours, highlight features, and close leases to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage the leasing process: applications, verifications, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.
• Maintain daily communication with prospects using CRM tools.
• Deliver resident service and coordinate with maintenance on requests.
• Ensure models, common areas, and vacant units are market-ready.
• Complete leasing paperwork, collect deposits and rent, prepare reports.
• Assist with events, marketing, and market surveys.
• Uphold policies including Fair Housing and ADA.

Schedule

Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This position follows a Tuesday-through-Saturday work schedule.
