Job summary

PRG Real Estate is seeking a Floating Leasing Representative to support our apartment communities across Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC. You will travel between properties to assist with tours, leases, renewals, and resident services, delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping drive occupancy.

This fast-paced, sales-driven role rewards relationship-building with prospects and current residents, while you contribute to community events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales, leasing, or hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi or CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
• Willingness to float between properties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for prospects, residents, and guests.
• Conduct tours, highlight features, and close leases to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage the full leasing process: applications, verifications, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.
• Maintain daily communication with prospects and follow up using CRM tools.
• Deliver excellent resident service and coordinate with maintenance on service requests.
• Ensure models, common areas, and vacant units are market-ready and presentable.
• Complete leasing paperwork, collect deposits and rent, and prepare required reports.
• Assist with community events, marketing initiatives, and market surveys.
• Uphold all policies, laws, and regulations including Fair Housing and ADA.

Schedule

• Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• This position follows a Tuesday-through-Saturday work schedule.
