Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for Arbor Heights in the Portland/Vancouver metro. You will lead the on-site leasing team, drive occupancy and revenue goals, and deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communities.

The role requires regular multi-site travel, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi/RealPage or OneSite. You will review performance reports, manage lease documentation, and collaborate with regional leadership to stabilize assets.

Qualifications

• Multifamily leasing experience required; luxury high-rise experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi/OneSite experience desired.
• Strong reading, writing and communication; ability to explain features and answer questions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee the on-site leasing team.
• Generate traffic, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-ins.
• Review reports to identify and resolve leasing performance issues.
• Respond to resident and ownership questions promptly and professionally.
