Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support daily operations, lease goals, and resident satisfaction. You will deliver outstanding service, handle inquiries, tours, and communications with residents, vendors, and owners.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Customer experience specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents, proactively solving issues and creating a welcoming environment.
• Abide by federal fair housing standards and all applicable laws.
• Develop professional skills, seek continual growth and learning from mistakes.
• Present a professional image and effectively represent the company to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Greet residents, maintain a neat office, and serve as a point of contact.
• Complete prospective resident tours, showcasing the property with pride.
• Drive property performance by participating in resident events, marketing the property, and focusing on resident retention.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
