Arcan Capital is seeking a Floating HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities. You will work both independently and with on-site teams to ensure safe, efficient service and resident comfort.

The ideal candidate holds HVAC/EPA certification with 2+ years of residential or multifamily experience, strong diagnostics, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel between properties as needed.

Formación

• HVAC/EPA certification required with 2+ years in residential/multifamily HVAC maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities; able to work independently and with others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; professional demeanor at all times.
• Physically capable of labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; experience with maintenance software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (A/C units, heat pumps, furnaces) and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly; maintain service records and manage tools/inventory.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure codes and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with general maintenance or on-call duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
