Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities. The ideal candidate is certified and experienced, values timely service and safety, and contributes to a growing organization while enhancing resident experience.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and provide timely solutions while delivering excellent customer service to residents and team members alike.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Certification required with at least 2 years of residential or multifamily experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently and with teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or elevated spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; maintenance software a plus.
• Must be able to commute between Manchester at Wesleyan and Perry Heights.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems across properties including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service requests to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain service records and manage HVAC tools and inventory.
• Communicate with residents and property teams to coordinate repairs and ensure satisfaction.
