Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality Management seeks a Property Support Manager to provide supervisory and operational support across its hotel portfolio. This hands-on role may follow into Assistant General Manager or Operations Manager responsibilities at times, and requires adapting to different brands and environments.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and ready to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel management or supervisory experience required.
• Multi-brand hotel experience preferred (e.g., Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory/operational duties in absence of senior management.
• Provide operational support to General Managers and hotel leadership.
• Assist regional and corporate leadership with special projects.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping on occupancy, staffing, and labor needs.
• Provide hands-on leadership during staffing or operational needs.
• Supervise hotel staff in the absence of management.
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
• Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and effectively.
• Follow company policies and SOPs; adapt to various brands and environments.
