Job summary

Community Counseling Center is seeking a floater Community Support Caseworker to provide services across Missouri offices, primarily based in Perryville, with travel to Fredericktown and Ste. Genevieve as needed. The role supports CPRC clients in community settings, managing 20–25 clients with weekly meetings.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with hours Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm and occasional evenings. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience.
• Four years of qualifying experience.
• Travel in own vehicle is required; MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents) and proof of continuous auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community support services for assigned clients within the CPRC.
• Work in the community (client homes or residential centers).
• Typically manage 20–25 clients and meet with them weekly.
