Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience, or four years of qualifying experience.
• Must hold or obtain MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents) and proof of continuous auto insurance.
• Travel in own vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide community support services to assigned clients within the CPRC.
• Maintain a caseload of 20-25 clients and meet weekly with them.
• Provide training/education to clients in daily living skills.
• Monitor treatment plan goals and coordinate with the treatment team.
• Refer clients to community resources to improve functionality and develop supports.
• Document client interactions per agency guidelines and deadlines.
