Job summary

Community Counseling Center in Marble Hill, MO seeks a Community Support Caseworker to deliver community-based services to adults and children with disabilities. The role covers home and community settings with a caseload of 20–25 clients and weekly meetings, emphasizing documentation, client education, and coordination with the treatment team.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with some evenings as needed. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of higher education and qualifying experience.
• MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL residents) with proof of continuous auto insurance.
• Travel in own vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community support services for assigned clients in the CPRC.
• Work in the community, client homes, or residential centers.
• Manage 20-25 clients with weekly meetings.
• Document client interactions per agency guidelines and deadlines.
• Provide training/education to clients in daily living skills.
• Monitor treatment plan goals and maintain contact with the treatment team.
• Refer clients to community resources to improve functioning.
