The role emphasizes menu development, cost controls, inventory management, and sustainability, with accountability for local sourcing and overall program performance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
• 3+ years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or related.
• Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Demonstrate knowledge of P&L accountability; contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Lead menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with focus on local sourcing and sustainability.
