Windsor Federal Bank is seeking a Float Personal Banker to serve as the first point of contact for customers across multiple branches in Windsor, CT. The role involves performing banking transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and guiding customers to digital tools.

You will travel between branches to support staffing needs, build relationships within the community, and promote the bank's products and services while ensuring compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; 1–2 years banking or cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel between branches.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and offering financial solutions.
• Travels to assigned branches within a designated region to provide support.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and transactions accurately and reconciles discrepancies.
• Identifies customer needs and recommends banking products; cross-sell opportunities.
• Builds and deepens relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Performs account opening, maintenance and closures; ensures compliance with procedures.
• Supports branch operations and handles escalations or administrative tasks.
• Guides customers in using digital banking tools and platforms.
