Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote cordial relationships with customers and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Inform and suggest new banking products to customers.
• Provide information on accounts, balances, status, and transaction history.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Protect customers' confidential information.
• Improve customer experience by resolving banking challenges promptly.
• Conduct check sales presentations and qualify referrals.
• Introduce Tell-A-Friend program and hand out coupons with transactions.
• Explain in-person and digital banking options to customers.
• Promote technology use among retail and business clients.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones per procedures.
• Minimize deposit exceptions and address quickly.
• Refer banking partners for wealth, insurance, mortgage, and treasury services.
• Perform branch operational duties as assigned.
• Participate in marketing campaigns to grow the customer base.
• Assist with consumer loan options and processing with accurate documentation.
• Serve as Teller and manage cash drawer and related transactions.
• Complete training within expected timeframes.
• May handle cash vault duties in some markets.
