Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in a financial institution; managerial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships supporting marketing efforts.
• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop deposit and loan business and build customer relationships.
• Lead regional business development meetings and branch staff.
• Maintain branch cash levels and oversee security and audits.
• Schedule staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Oversee vault and cash shipments with Federal Reserve.
• Participate in community events and CRA activities.
• Handle customer transactions within authority limits.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Obtain MLO license and NY Notary Public.
