Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager - Float to support the Branch Manager across St Cloud, Mora, and Milaca. You will guide member service, sales, lending, and compliance while coaching staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve retail goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and community engagement, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 paid over two years (or $5,500 for candidates with Fiserv DNA experience).

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of similar or related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop branch staff to retain motivated, professional workforce and help meet sales goals.
• Train and develop staff in branch functions, Blaze policies, and staff communications.
• Coach staff on sales techniques and loan procedures to meet monthly core product goals.
• Ensure security policies, internal controls, and daily branch operations are followed.
• Back up New Account and loan applications to extend financial services and membership.
