First Citizens Bank seeks a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support branch sales and service delivery across multiple Florence offices. You will engage customers, handle deposits, payments, and digital access products while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires frequent travel to three Florence branches and other nearby offices; mileage is reimbursed. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year in Sales or customer service; or 6 months in a First Citizens support role.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and frequent driving to other offices.

Responsabilidades

• Sales: achieve individual and team financial, production and relationship results.
• Engage customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community for CRA opportunities and business development.
• Ensure conversations provide relevant financial guidance to drive informed decisions.
